Delete an ETHERFC 27 account

Delete inside the app

1. Open ETHERFC 27 while signed into the account.
2. Open Online, then Account, then Settings.
3. Under Account Management, choose Delete Account.
4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

This is the fastest method because the signed-in app can verify the account and active device directly.

Request deletion outside the app

Email etheriestudios@gmail.com with the subject ETHERFC 27 account deletion request. Include the account username and the email linked to the account, if it has one. Do not send your password, device secret, authentication token, purchase receipt, or a list of cards.

We will reply with the minimum verification steps needed to protect the account from an unauthorized request. A guest account with no linked email may need to use the signed-in in-app flow so ownership can be verified.

What is deleted

• Firebase sign-in account and reusable authentication access.
• Public profile, username or guest-handle reservation, and active-device credential.
• Server-owned wallet, inventory, collection provenance, progression, rewards, Objectives, SBC, Draft, Pack Pass, restore, and account-owned trade-history state.
• Open trade-room presentation state and temporary ad-reward contexts associated with the account.

What may be retained

Minimized completed economy, purchase, trade, moderation, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained in access-restricted systems only where reasonably necessary for disputes, accounting, platform requirements, security, fraud prevention, or law. These records are not available through a normal player profile or product-analytics browser.

A pseudonymous deletion-completion receipt may remain for up to 30 days so retries and support checks can confirm that deletion finished. It does not retain the raw Firebase UID.

Timing and local device data

The server begins deletion when the verified request is accepted. Most account-owned data is removed during that operation; an automatic worker retries incomplete cleanup. Allow up to 30 days for exceptional recovery, backups controlled by service providers, and verified external requests.

Deleting the online account does not automatically remove unrelated local gameplay files or platform backups on every device. Reset the app, clear its storage, or uninstall it if you also want to remove device-only data.
